WebiFair events are free online virtual higher education events for students, parents, and counselors to support your search in looking ahead toward university, careers, and beyond. We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions, so you can find out!

Q: How can I register/sign up?

A: Registering for a WebiFair event is easy! You can either head to webifairs.com OR click the link in our Instagram bio.


Q: How much does it cost to register for a WebiFair event?

A: WebiFairs are FREE for students, parents/families, and counselors to attend.Β 


Q: What universities will be at the event?

A: To see a list of universities for the event happening next, go to webifairs.com, click Events on the top navigation, click Register for the event you're interested in, then click 𝗣𝗔π—₯π—§π—œπ—–π—œπ—£π—”π—§π—œπ—‘π—š π—¨π—‘π—œπ—©π—˜π—₯π—¦π—œπ—§π—œπ—˜π—¦ on the top of the page.


Q: What are the next steps after registering?

A: After you register, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to access the platform on the day of the event. You will also receive an email reminder before the event starts with a direct link.


Q: When is the next WebiFair event?

A: To find a list of the upcoming WebiFair events, you can head to webifairs.com or check our Instagram bio as the next event is always listed there.


Q: I am trying to attend a WebiFair, but it's showing all sessions are over.

A: If you missed the latest WebiFair, that's okay! You can still access the platform and download brochures, plus see details from all of the universities that interest you. You can also register for the next event here. We host several WebiFair events with different universities and in different timezones to accommodate everyone.Β 


Q: Why is the event not listed in my timezone?

A: WebiFair events are live and take place simultaneously across all countries in their local time. We host several events a year in various time zones to support students globally. If you're interested in coming to an event listed in a time zone other than yours, you can convert that event's timing to yours here.Β 


Q: Do you offer scholarships?

A: WebiFairs cannot grant scholarships, but 90% of universities at a WebiFair DO offer scholarships to international students! The eligibility for scholarships differs from each country and university, but if you want to know about your scholarship eligibility, all you need to do is attend a WebiFair and you can directly ask the admissions officers all about it. They will be able to share up-to-date information on all their scholarship opportunities!


Q: Is there an available recording of the event?

A: WebiFairs are live events, so, unfortunately, there are no recordings available. If you missed it, you can register for the next one here.Β 


Q: Can I still access the platform after the event?

A: Yes, you can access the platform for up to one week after the event ends. You will be able to view university details, download brochures, and get contact information from the university profiles section of the site, but remember, the admissions officers will only be there live for the date and time of the event.


Q: Do you host WebiFairs for graduate students?

A: Yes, occasionally, we host WebiFairs for graduate students, but most of our events are undergraduate-focused (for high school students seeking a Bachelor’s degree).Β
